How do you turn on a ativa mp4 and how do you charge it????

You charge it by connecting it to your computer using the usb cable that came with it. While it is connected to your computer it will charge.

As for turning it on, I have problems turning it on also. But every now and than it turns on when I push and hold the play/Pause button or in that general area.
