I was on my laptop one day when it froze and wouldn't work at all. I tried to get it to work but in the process accidently pressed "OK" on a pop-up. I don't know what the pop-up even said, but when it went away i noticed that my internet card had shut off. I thought i had just fried the card so i took a new one and put it in. It turned on for a second and then immediatly shut off. I keep trying but i can't fix it. Please help.
