hi, something happened with my zen stone plus..it quit playing wma file so i tried to reformat the player, after i did that, i tried to reformat again however i did some changes with the settings..i clicked on the options on what to reformat, instead of doing the reformat under fat32 i clicked on NTFS, sad thins is after doing that i can no longer open my player, its prompting on the screem 'file system error'..so what i did is i tried to reformat but its saying that 'windows cant reformat'..i dont know what to do now..
