My glowworm 80BL keeps making a banging noise every five minutes when it is trying to ignite.

any ideas

i dont know but my glow worm ultimate does the same,i did have a problem with the pilot light,which i cleaned out, all though it starts,after a few attemps it has a banging noise as it firing up. its been like it for 6 months. sorry not much help but i am looking for a solution.
