how can I fix my ariston micro genus HE24?
There are no faut showing at all and the heating system is working fine. there are no blockages the heat exchanger is working fine.
The problem is that as soon as you turn on a hot tap everything kicks in as normal and hot water come out of the tap. A few seconds later the flame goes out and water goes cold again. As I said there is no error code shown on the boiler.
Have phoned Ariston help line and they are not very helpful.
