vokera excell 80sp?

moved the boiler drained the system turned off everything. put it back bled rads and tank lit pilot but boiler will not fire up for water or rads.

I had this problem, after re-filling the boiler it would not operate.
Turned out I filled it too quickly and had an air lock.
Had to drain boiler and fill slowly
