Worcester Greenstar 24i gas Boiler?

The boiler will not ignite - fan and pump working fine though - is it the card? Gas engineer says i have to replace card as he is not sure what the problem is - boiler only 2 years old.

Could you please tell me what the message Fault F0 means. Thank you

Adrian Williams, April 2009
The boiler has safety features built in to it, if this boiler does not ignite it goes to fault mode which flashes alternately between main blue indicator and reset button under the flip down panel. This prompts you to press it. Check your system pressure first(1bar)and if you have a card meter, you have gas on your meter, sometimes the meter locks out with the word off in the bottom of the LED screen(call in british gas).If this does not work then the problem is out of your control. My best advise then is to call in Worcester they have a one off payment and will change up to 3 major parts, they will fix it cheaper than anyone trust me. Hope you find this useful.
