Do they make programable thermostats for baseboard heaters?

We have baseboard electric heat with a thermostat in each room. We have replaced a lot of them due to un-even heat in the room. They seem to come on and get stuck or don't read that the heat needs to shut down when it reaches that temp. The new ones do not do much better.

I have purchased more than one programable only to find out they are only for houses with the one central thermostat. We could really save some money if we could get one that would turn down when we are gone. Thanks for any help.
