My television powers up, but has a black screen. I cannot access the menu. I can hear audio but though the screen powers up to a gray colour, there is no picture. The green light comes on and stays on...no red light. It is just over 1 year old and the warranty has expired. Have had no help from Sharp. Anyone that may have had the same problem that can help?...Thanks

i have exactly the same problem, i have a 26 inch model which is fairly old (4 years) but is the bedroom tv so has barely had any use at all so if someone can offer an explanation that would be great.
