Can I fix my Thomson Scenium Rear Projection TV?

My Thomson Scenium Rear Projection 50" TV has no picture just a blue screen, the volume is there but no picture is this problem repairable? Sometimes there is not even a blue screen the on/off button just flashes red/orange/green
