i have a vokera eclipse boiler which is not working?

i have a vokera eclipse boiler it is not working and is showing 9.12 does anyone know what this means and how to fix it

The manual quotes "Start test A6, if digits 1 & 2 flash 9-12 check 2 amp fuse on main board, if OK replace Main Board"

Hi Shiona,
The 9 means overheat but there is no 12 in the manual. I suggest that you contact Vokera for an answer.
