Boiler installed in loft Jan 09, programmer no. Excel HE installed in hallway. Boiler comes on at times when it should be off and receiver light on boiler constantly flashes. Our installer is no help just turn boiler off. We have now put on summer setting, ie water only but we need heating early in morning and would appreciate your advice as we cannot keep going into loft to switch boiler on/off.
