I add paper and still get the out of paper message on the camera

Quite often there is no paper switch to detect paper out, it is done by paper not arriving at registrating switch in time, this is usually because the pick up rollers are slipping and paper is therefor not being fed, roughing up the pickup rollers (these are the rollers that are located next to the paper in the paper tray) rough up the rollers with glass paper
