Due to my mental inability I have remove some connection or have extra wires that I do not know where they should go. My problem began with a blue screen when it starter it. I was instructed to take battery out, so I did, went and purchase a new battery and installed it, and now I get a blinking cursor at top left.

You'll be lucky. I used to work in Technical Support for a PC manufacturer and we didn't have wiring diagrams. Nor, incidentally, did we need them because it is a printed circuit board which is replaced rather than repaired. What are you trying to achieve?
