How to Fix Panasonic NV-VP30 DVD / Video player?

The DVD Stopped working - with a HO2 error message. What will be the rough cost of repair? or can it be repaired at home, and if so what do I need to order (spare parts)??? Many thanks for any assistance.

spindle motor faulty,will need an engineer to fix it. the replacement spindle motor come as part of the plastic chassis frame.
