my panasonic inverter microwave oven door does not open, when i push the button, it goes in but the door still remains closed. I have to use two hands to open the door. How do I open the door and fix this problem?

Hi John, you do not give a model number which gives no guidance as to model specific problems, however as you seem to suggest that you can open the door using both hands , it appears that all that is required is a simple adjustment of the latch mechanism.See your local service centre for advice, or contact me direct. details on microwave-repairs.co.uk
