Challenger Xtreme pressure washer stopped working?

My Challenger Xtreme pressure washer has suddenly stopped working even though I have hardly used it. I have been told it could be the motor but the usage does not justify this. Grateful for your help.

Mine has also just packed in the same way as yours after not having used it for about a year. It has nothing to do with the motor etc. I found I could get it to work again but it will stop within a minute or two each time. The problem is in the hand nozzle where a tiny bit of of pressure (hissing) is escaping. Cheap parts I guess. try powering it up connected to water supply etc and then and then use a spanner to loosed the high pressure hose connection at the spraying while keeping your hand on the trigger depressed. You should get it to start that way

May thanks TR. Machine out of warranty. Checked the fuses - all ok. No noise from the motor. Where is the Earth Leakeage Trip?
Will look for blockages.

Cheers

Gerry

Gerry,
I'll start with the obvious?
Warranty?
Correct fuse?
Is fuse OK?
Earth Leakage trip?
Dirty water? Could it be jammed with debris?
Is there any noise from motor like its trying to turn? Does the fuse pop immediately?
Why did you buy it when a Karcher is better value and you can get the parts? (New Karcher for £30)
I'm afraid brands like this are throw away if there is a fault and I'm assuming from your request you are not knowledgeable enough to do the mechanical/electrical checks?
Find a friend who is and be prepared to bin it.
Sorry.
