Turned on my Creative Zen Sleek yesterday and I was met not with the choice of what album to play but a box and under the box is written Firmware Problem. Checked the Creative website trouble shooted and they just told me to reset the device. Did that still no good. Then downloaded some software for Firmware and tried that but it could not real my device nor could any of my zen programmes. Thing is I have not had the device connected to the computer for a week and this just happened when I turned on my device.. I have emailed creative and am awaiting their reply but thought I would try here as well...

I hope I can get an answer...
