my Norton virus protection wont scan,if i leave it running for hour it still says "files scanned 0" it looks like its working the flashing lights are going but it wont scan.The link that should take help me contact Norton wont load & they annoyingly wont let you e-mail them.
also when i click on INTERNET explorer i get a text box come up and an annoying "bing" sound" Whats that about? saying "bad image"
Remove Norton from your pc first, then download AVG Free from the internet, as it says, its free, and it works. I had norton on my machine and it slowed it down to a snails pace. I removed Norton and loaded AVG, back to normal speed.
