poor design & lousy build quality... I bought a goodmans, fitted it and regretted spending an hour of my life and butchering the volvo loom to fit it. They are very tempremental about being 100% horizontal, and mine made a horrid digital whine through the speakers. You will find hundreds of other mugs online suffering the same problems with goodmans car cd's because we bought cheap and nasty gear. Take it back and spend the cash on a tevion mp3 head unit from aldi stores (assuming you are UK?) for £40 (they're fab!)
