There is a red light on our boiler?

We have a Myson Midas boiler, no user guide, no hot water. Can you advise us as the reason why the light is lit? Thanks

the overheat thermostat has popped. check the top right hand side of the boiler for a small button and press it down (turn the power off first). Check the pressure is ok before firing up again. if there's no button then get a qualified engineer to look at it as it needs re-set from inside.
