can you use wallpaper paist to wallpaper when it has been made warm water?

you can use wallpaper paste when mixed with warm water, the properties wont alter at all,they used to make pastes that were mixed with warm water and the manufacturers of modern day pastes put their products through many tests,including different water temperature mixes.if it were an issue they would put a warning on the packet.Before pastes were invented people used to mix flour and water to stick paper to the wall,but dont use that method,it's messy and hard to remove later.
