The paste comes in powered form - the powder is in a packet - you mix the powder with water and stir it round for a while - it gets thicker like porridge.
Have someone read the instructions on the packet to you to get the water versus powder proportions.
You will need a bucket - a stirring stick and a measuring jug for the water and some basic intelligence...
