How can I fix my loose toilet seat?

I have a hydraulic toilet seat & lid which have worked loose (probably my big derriere!). How can I tighten it?

Check the amount of movement from the fitting and tighten but not too much to damage the threads just enough to eliminate the movement. P.s I am sure you have a lovely bottom.
