How to repair a Beech draining board that has severely black grooves?

Turned black with the damp - has anyone any ideas on how to

The black is a type of mould. I'd use a neat bleach and soak the board in it, rinse and dry thoroughly. Then get a good wood filler and fill the cracks. Give the board several good coatings of suitable wood oil and it should be fixed.
