First check to see if the green light is working on the charger. If is not you may have to replace the charger. If it is then do the following: Along the edge of the razor you will see a seam there are 3 hinge clips on each side use a very small flat tip screwdriver and carefully pop these open. Once opened, you will see a AA rechargeable Battery carefully pull it out Remembering how the wires are laid in on top of the battery. You can use a soldering Iron to unsolder the ends of the leads to the dead battery and then solder the ends back on the new battery and reverse installation. Note: you might want to take one end of the lead off at a time and solder it to the new battery so as not to cross the ends up and put the + on the - . Good luck
