Noisy and vibrating?

BaByliss Type T100a Ref: 7475U hair clippers.
Suddenly made a loud buzzing while cutting and doesn't cut the hair very well, tugs a bit. Removed the two screws and removed the cutting head, cleaned, oiled and put back together, no difference, veer loud buzzing and whole unit vibrating.
Any suggestions please?
Is there a diagram to make sure I've put it back together right?

There's probably an adjusting screw for the vibration motor. Check the manual. It's often accessible from outside the device.
