I have wood windo surrounds and Double glazing. As the seals were mouldy and want to paint the surrounds, I have stripped all the old mouldy seal and varnish. When should I re-seal? Before the primer/undercoat or inbetween coates of paints or at the end? Which is the easist seal to use and the most efficient and long lasting?
