This TV (Magnavox 20MS2331/17) was given to me recently with the closed captioning turned on...even while DVDs are playing. The people that owned it before me lost the remote, and I can't find a place on the menu that will turn off CC. I've tried with a universal remote, but the CC button won't work. Are there other universal remotes that I can program to work, or is there something on the TV menu that can turn it off (I would like to avoid having to buy another remote)?
