My Simpson encore 605 6.kg had stop working when i put my load on an pop out for an hour or so an came back an found that it had stop working an every thing was still turned on but no lights were flashing an i checked my cord an switch but those are still fine.Hasn't turn on since.. Paid for an electrician to look at it an told me it was my plate that was stuff..Could this be true?I was thinking wouldn't it be the fuse?Please help?

Open the top panel & look for the small fuse on the lower right hand side of the control board, when viewed from behind the machine. Make sure power is unplugged & remove the fuse. Get someone to test it & if faulty replace it. If fuse is ok then the control board is the problem & will have to be replaced.
