How do i increase the water pressure in my britonycombi boiler?

two lights are flashing on the display indicating low water pressure in the unit. What adjustments do I need to make to increase the pressure?

look under the boiler, there should be a silver hose with a valve on turn it on when the gage says1.5 turn off and the boiler should work.
