pressure problem with a worcester 240?

I am currently having pressure problems with a worcester 240.It runs ok, supplying water and heat but the pressure is running on 3bar plus at times and then leaks water out from the overflow. When turned off the bar can fall as low as 0.5,im at a loss anybody got any ideas ?

Hi, check to see if the filling loop is in the off postion if it is remove the flew hose and check the valve is not passing water into the system if dripping replace the valve, if ok refill system to 1 bar then turn on heating if pressure rises to 3 bar then the prssure vessel is faulty, you should also replace the pressure safty valve as well,
