I have a combi boiler and hardly any hot water is coming out of taps ?

When I urn the hot taps on or the shower there is a big clunkng noise and then the water pressure drops and I only get a trickle of water out of the tap. Can anyone help?

sounds like a glowworm swiftflow they rattle like they have gravel inside on hw demand after initial release of water pressure they trickle due to the heat exchanger being scaled up. if its a fair age mind you. otherwise check taps if only one tap then sus tap. if newish ignore this

restriction in the pipework or plate heat exchanger most likely. what type of boiler is it?
