I've had my Goodman's GMP32000s since december and a few times it skips song and pauses in between a song and skips to the next. At the monment it has crashed. Its not the first time it has done this. I am unable to turn it off and it is overheating.
How do i turn it off?

mine has crashed a few times there is a reset button on the side. it doesn't delete ur songs so it's ok to press it.

the headphone hole is smaller aswell and mine have broke do u know where to get new ones?
