HOW DO I FIX FLASHBAND?

I HAVE HAD THE LEAD NICKED FROM MY SLOPING PORCH ROOF AND IT NEEDS REPAIRING BEFORE THE WINTER WEATHER IS UPON US CAN ANYONE HELP?
Peter, September 2009
You need a wall paper seam roller
An electric hot air gun or hair dryer.
A tin of flash band primer.
A cheap brush.
Clean off the surface
Apply two coats of primer allowing each to almost dry.
Strip backing paper off flashband and apply to primed surface. Gently but firmly roll the flashband down applying heat via hot air gun low setting quick passes or hair dryer full setting slower passes.
