press menu.go to factory setting,press ok.password is 0000,press ok wait untill delete ends,turn off and on menu should appear,go to system info press ok enter code-1004.select nagravision,select yor provider enter codes if needed,then press and hold ok for 3 secs to store.now press exit,go to key emu and select on press exit select autoscan and yor provider,press ok you may have to re scan if channel names have gone but be patient they usually come back to normal after a couple of atempts.hope this works for u ...
