lining paper round corners?

Can anyone tell me how you do corners with lining paper - do you have to overlap?

I agree with jpfromuk... but will add that you should always 'crossline' lining paper especially if you intend to hang wallpaper vertically, as you usually do.

Also... sometimes it is better to tear the lining paper jaggedly so that clean cuts dont show through thin papers or painted finishes. Good Luck!

Definitely overlap one piece around the corner about 1cm then cut the other piece right into the corner for a neat finish. This will look good whether you are painting or papering over the lining paper.

If you are lining because of a rough wall, I suggest using a heavy grade paper (1000 - 1200gm) otherwise a 600gm will do nicely.
