how can i fix my baxi combi 100he plus boiler?

it is showing low pressure. on the help info it tells you to: re-pressurise system. filling loop is connected to both the system and cold feed. open filling loop tap until desired pressure (1-2 greem) is reached.
but with pipe is this? there are 4 in total. 1st tap has 2 tap looking things - 1 when turned allows cold water to come out, is this the filling loop tap?

You will know if its the correct one if you turn it and the pressure gauge rises.

the second pipe on the right is the cold feed in, it is usally contted to the 3rd on the right with a silver hose, turn the valve on on this pipe, when full turn off.
OR it could be under the boiler on the right towards the front.

That sounds like the tap from the mains cold water inlet...this needs to be connected to the other tap, then the first one is opened, followed by the one at the boiler to allow water in for repressurising.
