how can I fix my humax pvr9200t subtitles?

Everything is O.K. at start but with subtitles on they freeze after about 10 minutes.Picture and sound O.K.but humax does not respond to remote control.Ihave to switch off the Humax and start again,but as previously stated it only lasts a short while before freezing again.

To Matty,did as you suggested went into MENU and did factory reset. Subtitles were O.K. for a few hours but then back to freeze again. Left things as they were overnight and since subtitles have been O.K.
