I keep losing sky one signal. Help!!?

I keep on losing reception to sky one. I've called Sky who will only send an engineer out at a cost of £40. They know there is a problem as I only lose signal to Sky on and National Geographic which are on the same signal. Can anyone help on how to fix it? Thanks

It could be dish alignment, bad LNB, bad cable, bad connector, bad digibox. Now you know why Sky are suggesting an engineering - to find out which it is.

If you have the skills and training to diagnose which it is and then fix it then you won't need an an engineer and obviously will be forty quid up on the deal.

Seriously forty pounds is a good price. I'd take them up on it.
