My SHARP VC-H982 VHS recorder will not accept a cassette any more. It keeps on rejecting it. At times it may stay in place for a few seconds but then gets rejected. There are also times when a cassette cannot be installed at all. Further there seems to be a force acting against insertion of a cassette.
