we bought a new one but it doesn't work. the old one works but the new one doesn't,,,, what will i do now????same with the web cam... it's also new but doesn't work,,, i try to install some programs and stuff but it still doesn't work...

Try reinstalling the items.Sounds like drivers are missing?Have you any installation discs for web cam?Check sounds system in control paane-maybe the headphones are on mute?
