there are a lot of reasons for this, more information req,
but you can try the following.
install ccleaner (google it )
install avira antivir personal ( google it )
my computer, click on icon for hard drive, right mouse button click properties, and use disk cleanup, this will remove any rubbish on drive and hopefully free up resources,
or add more memort if above fails.
