Glow worm Micron 40FF Hot Water no Heating unless at the same time as water?

I can only get the central heating to come on if i put the hot water on at the same time, and when the hot water goes off the heating goes off.

Any ideas please.

Hi, I have the same system and am sure I read that you need the hot water to be on for heating to work in the manual.
