How can I tell if VCR is PAL compatible?
I understand US VCR are sometimes interchangeable, PAL and NTSC. If I purchased a VHS-PAL, will it play correctly on my Emerson VCR EWV403 NTSC? If not, will an adjustment such as channel make any difference?
