Ravenheat CSI85T condenser boiler?

Sounds like my boiler is not the only one with a fault. Everthing working in hot water mode but when the central heating is on it is firing up for 5 seconds then stops for 5 second and continues doing the same thing all the time eventually warming the radiators up, hot water no problem. If this is a common fault then shouldn't Ravenheat be doing something about it !!!! Any help appreciated, thanks

Mine was cycling on and off every few seconds and despite partially warming the radiators it wouldn't have lasted forever and undoubtedly was using much more fuel. The fan control board was the culprit. It's a credit-card sized component which plugs onto the main control board. Easily fitted in 2 minutes and can be bought directly from Ravenheat for £64 total. part no. 0012CIR06010/0

I have 2 of these useless boilers, one in each flat I currently rent out. One has the problem described above and the other just has a mind of its own, fires up and runs for a few seconds, shuts down then does it again....and again.... Wish I never bought Ravenheat!
