How do I reduce the water pressure in my Greenstar 28i bolier?

I had a frozen condensation pipe which I've now fixed, but my water pressure gage is at 3. I know how you increase the water pressure but HOW do you reduce it?

open the drain to let some water out or bleed a radiator until the pressure drops.
