when i plug my mp3 player into my computer ,and go to my windows media player to put songs on it ,the media player tells me i dont have a device pluged in what could be causing this also when i try to turn my mp3 player on it shows the starting screen tnen switches off and the batteries are fully charged

just email Siren support and say you need the Firmware for SIREN 512. you can reformat it with the Firmware program.

i have a siren 512 mb mp3 and it does same thing but it says reformat and i did but then i plug it in and it says i dont havie it in!
