I have 3 of the Ativa PT15 2gb mp3 b/c the first one didn't work so Office Depot sent me another and another.
When I plug it in to the computer, it can't see it at all.
the unit has never turned on, and I even left it hooked to the computer to try and charge the battery.
Any suggestions?
