The louvre of my Mistral MSS25 rev cycl A/C is playing up and I was trying to find a service manual to get into the mechanism so I could repair. No luck finding the service manual (only installation and operating manuals). Does any one know the proceedure to get the covers off or where I can get the service manual for the Mistral MSS25 Unit in pdf or hard cover format?
Any help would be appreciated.

I gave up on both my mss25 heat pump louvers. It must be a commom problem. I put a wooden kebab skewer through the right hand side and they are permanently facing up.
